The Albanian Labor Party Central Committee received with pleasure and unique happiness the invitation by the Central Committee of the Korean Workers’ for a delegation of our party to take part in the proceedings of your 4th Congress.

The Albanian Labor Party Central Committee has decided to send a delegation comprised of the comrades:  

1. Manush Myftiu, Member of the Political Bureau of the Albanian Labor Party Central Committee, First Vice Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the People’s Republic of Albania and Minister of Education and Culture, Chairman of the delegation.
2. Thoma Deljana, Member of the Albanian Labor Party Central Committee and First Secretary of the Party Committee of the Region of Elbasan, Member of the delegation.

On this occasion, dear comrades, please accept our sincere congratulations for the successful proceedings of your 4th Congress, which will be a very historically important event in the life of the sister Labor Party of Korea and of the Korean people.
