This file includes handwritten letters by Barzan al-Tikriti to Saddam Hussein during 1989-1991. Subjects include information from al-Tikriti during his work at the Permanent Legation in Geneva and information on Iraqi official Fadil al-Barrak who was under suspicion for his international communications and relationships with Iraqi criminals and former Ba'thists.
