The University of Maryland Digital Archive is a resource that provides students, researchers, journalists, and others with access to once-secret documents from governments, organizations, and individuals worldwide.
Developed and maintained by the University of Maryland School of Public Policy, the Digital Archive houses declassified historical materials from archives across the globe, with much of the content available in English translation. The ever-expanding Digital Archive offers unparalleled insights into recent international history, enriching global scholarship, history education, and public policy discussions on critical issues and challenges.
