Apart from the party-line talks with Fei and Qian, Młyńczak asks for a meeting with the chairman of the PRC, chairman of the Standing Committee of the NPC, and the Minister for Foreign Affairs.
He agrees on the trip to Shenzhen with a request to extend it to Canton and a meeting with the governor or vice-governor of the Guan{g}dong province.
They will send a draft agreement until the 28 this month.
