This letter describes the request of Cde. Radmanesh who requested that the CPSU CC increases the financial aid given to political emigre Mozafari due to the fact that Mozafari is an invalid. The CPSU CC agreed to this request.

TO THE CPSU CC
Esteemed comrades!
In view of the fact that Cde. Mozafari lost an arm in carrying out a Party assignment and has become an invalid, please as an exception pay him an allowance of 700 rubles through the Red Cross, not 500 rubles, as is established for all officers sent for training.
