Subject: Foreign visits of the DPRK’s governmental delegations. Visit of Comrade Pak Seong-cheol [Pak Song Chol] to Hungary.
According to multiple confirmed sources, five DPRK governmental delegations left Pyongyang on February 10 as listed below:
Comrade Heo Dam was hosted by Comrade Ceaușescu in Bucharest.
According to the Czechoslovakian comrades, Comrades Husák, Svoboda, and Strougal are planned to host Comrade Heo Dam provided that the Soviet comrades are also hosting the guest with such high-ranking officials.
Comrade Pak Seong-cheol, the leader of the Korean delegation visiting Warsaw will be received by Comrades Gierek and Jarosewitz.
We would like to note that we do not have any information yet on who will receive the Korean delegations in Berlin, Moscow, and Sofia.
