to page 11The last paragraph, where it says “Many people correctly assess the situation… d” can refer to such authorities in the Western world like General of the Army MacArthur’s speech in Manila or British Field Marshal Montgomery’s. They are people who have fought and know what war is and imagine a future war very correctly. Therefore it is necessary to draw correct conclusions from this.

In every everything that I dictated has been reflected. It will be necessary to call Montgomery and MacArthur to witness78.
