Qiao, Xiaoguang 1918 - 2003

Qiao Xiaoguang (δΉ”ζ™“ε…‰), a Chinese diplomat, served as the PRC Ambassador to North Korea from 1955-1961. Qiao also held several high-ranking leadership positions in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.

They discuss the potential American bid to legalize weapons deliveries to South Korea as well as USSR and PRC consultation for the DPRK five-year plan.
