March 22, 1973	Eleventh Meeting Between Delegates from North Korea and South Korea The North and South Korean delegations discuss the details of the next inter-Korean meeting between high-level officials.
March 20, 1973	Tenth Meeting between Delegates of North Korea and South Korea The DPRK delegation informs the ROK delegation that North Korea agrees with holding inter-Korean discussions among high-level officials.
November 9, 1972	Note on Information by DPRK Deputy Foreign Minister Comrade Ri Man-seok on 8 November 1972 for the Ambassadors of Czechoslovakia and Poland and the Acting Ambassadors of the GDR in the Foreign Ministry Ri Man-seok discusses the development of diplomatic, political, and military relations between the two Koreas.
August 29, 1973	Telegram from Pyongyang, No.061.360, Urgent, SECRET The document mentions a forthcoming North Korean condemnation of Kim Dae-jung's abduction in Tokyo by KCIA agents. The author states that the declaration will ask Lee Hu-rak to be removed from co-presidency of the North-South Coordination Committee. Pyongyang seeks Romanian support in publicizing the North Korean position.
August 1973	Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Note, No. 01/010124/73, Secret The document outlines Romania's position regarding the issue of unification of the Korean Peninsula. After a summary of inter-Korean negotiations thus far, the report concludes that the two Koreas are moving very slowly because both sides are attempting to gain advantage over the other. Nonetheless, Romania declares its firm support of the DPRK.
March 17, 1973	Telegram from Pyongyang to Bucharest, SECRET, No. 061084 Lazar discusses the stalling inter-Korean negotiations and blames the overly cautious attitude of the South and the ‘all or nothing’ strategy of the North. He also notes that the North Koreans are buying time until the US disengages from the peninsula to ensure a position of superiority.
March 5, 1973	Telegram from Pyongyang, No.061.074, Urgent, SECRET Lazar describes an incident along the DMZ, where North Korean infiltrators shot South Korean troops.
April 19, 1972	Meeting with Director of KCIA Lee Hu-rak (1) Lee Hu-rak and Kim Deok-hyeon discuss the importance of holding meetings between Lee and Kim Yeong-ju in order to begin the process of building a rapport which will lead to working level meetings and laying the groundwork for reunification.
April 20, 1972	Meeting with Director of KCIA Lee Hu-rak (2) Lee Hu-rak states that he cannot visit the North during April, but he proposes that when a high level meeting does take place a joint announcement by both sides should be made surrounding the details of said meeting.
May 4, 1972	Conversation between Kim Il Sung and Lee Hu-rak Kim Il Sung presents his "Three Principles of National Reunification" as he and Lee Hu-rak debate whetherPak Seong-cheol's visit to Seoul should be preceded by a visit from Kim Yeong-ju.
