May 21, 1979	Notes on a Meeting in Seoul on 5 May 1979, 10:30 – 12:30 AM Kurt Waldheim and Park Chung Hee discuss the Secretary General's recent trip to Pyongyang and conversation with Kim Il Sung, as well as the possibilities for dialogue between North Korea, South Korea, and the United States.
January 13, 1977	Telegram 01/0402 from the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the Romanian Embassy in Pyongyang The Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs instructs the Romanian Embassy in Pyongyang to report the DPRK's reactions regarding South Korean President Park Chung Hee's January statement of US troop withdrawal upon a non-aggression pact signed by the two Koreas.
March 17, 1973	Telegram from Pyongyang to Bucharest, SECRET, No. 061084 Lazar discusses the stalling inter-Korean negotiations and blames the overly cautious attitude of the South and the ‘all or nothing’ strategy of the North. He also notes that the North Koreans are buying time until the US disengages from the peninsula to ensure a position of superiority.
March 9, 1973	Telegram from Pyongyang to Bucharest, SECRET, No. 061077 Lazar reports on the tense 3rd meeting of the South-North Coordination Committee but expects the meeting to conclude with a reaffirmation of inter-Korean cooperation.
