July 25, 1965	Record of a Conversation between L. I. Brezhnev and N. Ceausescu and I. G. Maurer on 25 July 1965 Ceausescu emphasizes the importance of repairing Sino-Soviet relations. The two leaders end their conversation by discussing Ceausescu's travel plans for an upcoming visit to the USSR.
October 4, 1966	Transcript of Discussions with Representatives of the Chinese People’s Republic and The Communist Party of the Soviet Union After the Visit of the Romanian Delegation to Vietnam (Beijing) This document is the transcript of a discussion between Zhou Enlai and Ion Gheorghe Maurer, which included the topic of the continuing the North Vietnamese armed struggle while also entering into negotiations, the suggested unification of Socialist Bloc countries in their policies toward Vietnam, and Soviet military aid to the Democratic Republic of Vietnam.

December 8, 1962	Report on Talk between Nicolae Ceauşescu and Nikita Khrushchev, Moscow, 8 June 1963 (excerpt) Ceauşescu was sent in the USSR by Gheorghe Gheorghiu-Dej to establish a meeting between Gheorghe Gheorghiu-Dej and Nikita Khrushchev. During the meeting, Nikita Khrushchev said to Nicolae Ceauşescu: “By sending missiles to Cuba, we ourselves put our head in a bind. I know comrade Gheorghiu-Dej was upset that I had not informed about sending missiles to Cuba. And he has been rightly upset."

They discuss at length the political situation of South Korea, the US and Japan's role, and end with negotiations on economic aid for the DPRK.
April 3, 1963	Memorandum of Conversation between Yuri Andropov and the Central Committee of the Romanian Worker’s Party Soviet politburo member Yuri Andropov and Gheorghe Gheorghiu-Dej discuss issues concerning the cooperation between the CPSU and the Romanian Worker's party and the two governments. The discussion ranges between economic integration issues, to the Sino-Soviet split, Soviet-Albanian relations, and politico-military cooperation between Warsaw Pact states.
