This is a letter from Barzan Al-Tikriti to Saddam Hussein concerning the marriage of Barzan's son, Mohammed, to Saddam's daughter, Hala. The two were supposed to wed, but the marriage was delayed supposedly because Hala was unsure whether or not she wanted to marry Mohammed. Barzan also addresses some issues concerning Uday Hussein, and some things that he had done that were not very respectful. Barzan also asks for a government post and points out dangers of trusting those outside the family.
