He said that Israel wished the Berlin wall would move to the States of the Middle East. Their target was to eliminate the wall separating them from the Arab States. He added that the democratic changes were continuously occurring. He gave an example about a protest in Czechoslovakia. It leads to the resignation of 11 Ministers of the Czechoslovakian government. Saddam answered that when a protest occurred in the Yarmuk City, Iraq, the Revolutionary Command Council considered carefully how to deal with the protest. . Israel was afraid from the Iraqi evolution to a technologically developed country. Saddam stated that every new power appearing in the world might threaten the two existent enormous poles. That was the reason Iraq fought. This period contains the Saddam declaration on the ambassadors' freedom to express their opinions. He also noticed that they were well prepared for the discussion. He added that the good preparation for the conferences was the key of their success.

Then he talked about Iran and the Iranian revolution which overthrown the royal regime. Me Iranian religious system is a double edged weapon that benefits and harms the Arabs at the same time but it will be harmful if the Bath party doesn't do its role. • Pages 2‐6 include the index of this record. 
• Pages 7‐29 talk about the position of the Iraqi Forces during the Iraqi‐Iranian War, procedures, and military‐type discussions to reinforce their forces there and matters of providing ammunitions and tanks. 
• Pages 30‐56 include a conversation about the position and failures of their aircrafts, especially helicopters. They mentioned the military policy of Stalin. They also talk about the military formation of divisions and brigades of the land forces.

This audio file from a meeting dated 1 May 1991 between Saddam Hussein and the General Command of the Army regarding the enlargement of the Army, the political changes which affect the Army and its training. Saddam Hussein admired the forming of the Republican Guards groups, soldeirs who participated in Qadissyah Saddam (Iran-Iraq War). In addition, this file includes a discussion regarding the invasion of Kuwait and the low morale of Iraqi soldiers, the American request to cease-fire because of the Iraqi soldiers' brevity, the gradual erosion of Iraqi morale on the front, and the increase of Divisions' numbers within the Army. Major General Sultan discussed the use of high-technology weapons by the American forces in the First Gulf War.

This audio file contains a record of a meeting in which Iraqi officials discussed Security Council resolutions and POW issues pertaining to the Iran-Iraq War. They discussed the Geneva Convention and its implications, translating the text of the resolutions into various languages, and the diplomatic positions of the various members of the Security Council. They also discuss the number of Iraqi POWs held by Iran, and vice-versa.

This audio tape contained the following information from 00:00:07‐00:30:51 and 00:36:30‐00:56:15 displayed a meeting presided by Saddam Hussein and attended by several high ranking officials. The individuals talked about various issues coming after the 1st Gulf war and the 1991 Rebellion (Page of Treason and Treachery) such as: ‐Saddam Hussein stated, we must open the door of the hill on who ever deserved it (QC2‐ Translators Comments: he meant that the people who participated in the Rebellion or the people that deserted to Saudi Arabia or the Iran military or civilians) ‐Saddam asked the high ranking officials what was their opinion of people that were traitors to their country. They said that the traitors do not deserved forgiveness. Saddam said that the Republican guards should definitely not be forgiven and must be cleared.(Translators Comments QC2: His definition of cleared means to kill the people.) The clearing should be done no matter what the circumstance of the guard, and it should be done as soon as possible. ‐They talked about soldiers' discipline and training. ‐Saddam said on minute 39:19 that we struggled with the war, but we still went after the people who committed treason and cut their heads off. Also, we went after Israel and launched missiles to make them afraid forever. ‐They discussed the war between Iraq and Kuwait ‐They discussed Iraqi's attack on Kuwait. Saddam said that "Iraq can defend itself against Kuwait, and that Kuwait was a part of Iraq" ‐They talked about the umm Al‐ Ma'arik battle (The Mother of the Battle) ‐Saddam said that America could not attack Iraq by itself, so it collected thirty‐three countries to attack Iraq. ‐They described   American's attack and blockade against Iraq during the 1st Gulf War. ‐Saddam talked about the thirty‐three countries that used the latest weapon technology against Iraq.
