September 12, 1964	Record of a Conversation between Chairman of the USSR Council of Ministers N.S. Khrushchev and President of India S. Radhakrishnan Khrushchev and Indian President Radhakrishnan discuss regional tensions, including cooperation with Nepal, the situation in Kashmir, and the spread of socialism in Southeast Asia. Radhakrishnan expresses concern over Chinese aggression and reaffirms India’s commitment to peaceful solutions. Khrushchev downplays China's influence, criticizing Mao Zedong’s leadership and emphasizing the unreliability of Chinese policy. Both leaders affirm the importance of continued Soviet-Indian cooperation amid regional challenges.
June 15, 1961	Record of a Conversation between N.S. Khrushchev and President Sukarno Sukarno tells Khrushchev about his trip to China and the possibilities of Chinese annexation of Taiwan. Khrushchev says the USSR fully supports the PRC's actions. The parties also discuss the reorganization of the United Nations.
June 30, 1975	Transcript of Conversation between Zhou Enlai and Kukrit Pramoj Zhou and Kukrit Pramoj discuss Sino-Thai relations and the overseas Chinese in Thailand and other Southeast Asian countries.
October 24, 1964	Transcript of Conversation between Zhou Enlai and Philippine's Journalists' Delegation Premier Zhou and Philippine journalists' discuss obstacles to establishing friendly Sino-Philippine relations. One obstacle is that Philippines is part of the U.S. led alliance camp in Asia. Zhou believes that despite China and Philippine being part of two different camps, this should not prevent China and the Philippines from establishing bilateral relations. The second obstacle is that thee Philippines still maintains diplomatic relations with Taiwan. Zhou also says that Philippines-Taiwan relations should not prevent the Philippines from establishing relations with the mainland. Reporters ask for Zhou's perspective on U.S. military deployment in Philippines and Filipino people's fear that China might use friendly Sino-Philippines relations to incite communist revolution in their country.
October 20, 1963	Transcript of Conversation between Zhou Enlai and Buddhist Association Representatives at the Asian Buddhist Conference Zhou Enlai talks with representatives from several Buddhist Associations in Asia. They discuss the percentage of their population that practices Buddhism. Zhou criticizes President of South Vietnam, Ngo Dinh Diem, for oppressing Buddhist religious leaders and followers. The representatives and Zhou emphasize strengthening friendly exchanges among Buddhist circles in various countries.
December 25, 1956	Gazette of the State Council of the People's Republic of China, 1956, No. 46 (Overall Issue No. 72) This issue begins with a joint statement from Zhou Enlai and Burmese Prime Minister U Ba Swe. It also features the text of a Sino-Soviet agreement for cultural cooperation and approves plans for a handicraft industry meeting related to the production of handmade paper and bamboo pulp in 1957. Other sections address how state-owned theater troupes should pay screenwriters for their plays and how rural villages should launch cultural activities for the coming Spring Festival (Lunar New Year).

It also discusses purchasing and storing grain for the fall, tax exemptions for transplanted mulberry and tea gardens, and buying scrap metals.
November 23, 1956	Gazette of the State Council of the People's Republic of China, 1956, No. 42 (Overall Issue No. 68) This issue covers the second plenary session of the CCP Central Committee and outlines plans for Zhou Enlai to visit seven countries, including the Democratic Republic of Vietnam. It also addresses other topics, such as trade between Tibet and Nepal, controlling counter-revolutionaries, and the Third Ministry of Machine Building for aviation.
November 17, 1956	Gazette of the State Council of the People's Republic of China, 1956, No. 41 (Overall Issue No. 67) This issue commemorates the 90th birthday of Sun Yat-sen and continues to decry British and French aggression in Egypt. It also affirms Sino-Burmese relations after former Burmese Prime Minister U Nu visited China as Chairman of the Anti-Fascist People's Freedom League.
