July 6, 1964	Note on Issues in Romanian-Soviet Relations Prepared by the Romanian Side for the Conversations in Moscow List of the ultimately irreconcilable differences that had arisen in Soviet-Romanian relations under Gheorghe Gheorghiu Dej by July 1964, in preparation for the upcoming discussions in Moscow. Topping the list of major problems were the “anti-Soviet atmosphere in Romania,” the “problem of Soviet citizens,” and the “maintenance of espionage networks” on Romanian territory.
June 3, 1971	Minutes of Conversation between Nicolae Ceausescu and Mao Zedong in Beijing on 3 June 1971 Mao Zedong and Nicolae Ceausescu discuss China's international reputation as a dogmatic dictatorship, especially among other Communist countries. They also discuss ping pong and scientific progress, specifically nuclear weapons and space exploration.
September 27, 1964	Memorandum of Conversation between the Romanian Party and Government Delegation Led by Ion Gheorghe Maurer and Soviet Leader Nikita Khrushchev Representatives from Romania and the Soviet Union discuss the current industrial and economic situation, as well as foreign relations with China.
December 23, 1977	Intelligence Note, Polish Embassy in Bucharest, 'The Current Status of Romania-PRC Relations' Report from the Polish Embassy in Romania on the current status of Romania-Chinese relations. The report concludes that "friendship with China remains a permanent element in the strategy of the Romanian foreign policy" as this relationship is " designed as a counterbalance for Romania in their relations with the Soviet Union and other countries of the socialist community." It predictions that relations will improve in the future.
August 19, 1976	Cryptogram No 1750/III from Polish Embassy in Bucharest, Conversation with Ambassador Drezdenko on N. Ceaușescu’s Visit to the Soviet Union Report on a conversation with Soviet Ambassador Drezdenko on Romanian leader Ceausescu's visit to Moscow. "In general he believes that the visit brought better climate to the Soviet-Romanian relations."
November 12, 1975	Cryptogram No 1982/IV from Polish Embassy in Bucharest, Conversation with Ambassador Drezdenko on Romania Report on a conversation with Soviet Ambassador Drezdenko on Romanian politician [Ștefan] Andrei's visit to Moscow. Romania wanted increased trade with the Soviet Union.
August 12, 1975	Intelligence Note, Polish Embassy in Bucharest, 'Concerning the Course and Results of the Visit of US President G. Ford in Romania' Detailed analysis of the visit of President Gerald Ford to Bucharest on August 2-3, 1975. In addition to the formal analysis of the official materials, the authors of the report tried to find other sources of information, which resulted in the statement that "we have information that Ceaușescu was an advocate rapid normalization of US-Cuban relations." Much attention was also devoted to the Romanian leader's attempts of mediation in various places around the world, including the Middle East. The report also contains rumors, which, according to the authors of the report, were "‘leaked’ by American diplomats around here" that Ceaușescu stressed the importance of the future of Yugoslavia after Tito's death, which he expected soon (in fact, he died in 1980, five years after the meeting)
