Asian Peoples' Anti-Communist League

This collection features documents from the formative conferences of the Asian Peoples' Anti-Communist League (APACL), a Cold War alliance of anti-communist organizations and governments across Asia. Held in South Korea, the Philippines, Vietnam, and other key nations, the APACL conferences brought together delegations from diverse Asian countries to coordinate strategies against the spread of communism. The materials include meeting records, speeches, resolutions, and correspondence, offering valuable insights into the League's efforts to foster regional solidarity, promote anti-communist ideology, and align with broader Western-led initiatives during the Cold War.
