Dear comrades,

The Central Committee of the Korean Workers’ Party hereby notifies you of the summoning on September 11, 1961 of the 4th Congress of the Korean Workers’ Party, in Pyongyang.  

The daily agenda of the Congress:

 

  1. The Report of the Central Committee of the Korean Workers’ Party
  2. The Report of the Central Committee of Revision of the Korean Workers’ Party
  3. On the 7 year plan for the development of the popular economy of the People’s Democratic Republic of Korea
  4. The elections to the central organs of the Korean Workers’ Party

 

 

The Central Committee of the Korea Workers’ Party invites a delegation of Your Party comprised of two persons to this congress.

Please notify us of the members of Your delegation and the day of arrival in Pyongyang.
