1. The receipt of weapons from the 8PBr [8th Infantry Brigade] continues in Rezaye.
2. A meeting of the popular militia of Azerbaijan was held in the Tabriz city theater. The Deputy Minister of the Militia Kulam Danish’yan spoke at the meeting, calling on the militia to further preserve exemplary order in the cities and provinces of Azerbaijan and selflessly serve in the name of autonomy. Danish’yan’s speech was repeatedly interrupted by applause and concluded with a toast in honor of Prime Minister Pishevari.
3. All is quiet in the remaining garrisons of the 4th Army.
